Advertising and presentation

As we all know, advertising is the food for sales. However, in the light of the food law, improper advertising may mean a definite halt to promotion aimed at growing a new product or brand. The current and new regulations, guidelines of national and EU bodies as well as self-regulatory initiatives that are becoming increasingly popular in the food industry, are the main tools used in such projects as:

  • evaluation of compliance of advertising campaigns with the provisions of the law (TV, radio commercials, etc.),
  • development and validation of any marketing materials such as leaflets and other promotional materials for consumers, website content, consultation on development of advertising materials used in B2B communications.
